Sir Robert Ho Tung's cheque, dated the 14th December, 1939,
arrived safely at the Treasury last night, and I now
enclose a formal Treasury Certificate which entitles him
to repayment of £10,000 on or after the 14th December,
1941, and which I should be grateful if you would forward
to the Governor of Hong Kong for transmission to
Sir Robert.
